- Setup Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM, May 31st
- Tear Down: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (please do not break down early), May 31st
- Booth Space: Each booth includes:
- One 6’ table
- Two chairs
- half-page ad in the Hurricane Guide
- Location: Indoors – booths will be assigned first come first serve basis
- Electricity: limited availability based on booth location
- Signage & Banners: Freestanding banners recommended – no taping to walls
- Wifi: Available
- Katie Walls FOX 4 Meteorologist – 1:00pm
- Speaker Sponsor – 1:30pm
- Speaker Sponsor – 1:45pm
- Booth $300, includes half page ad in Hurricane Guide
- Booth Reservation Deadline: May 5th
- Hurricane Guide Ad Deadline: May 5th
- Half Page: 4” W x 5.25” H – Included in booth registration
- Full Page: 8.5” W x 5.5” H – Additional $100 to upgrade to full page ad

- Hurricane Preparedness Expo will be promoted through a comprehensive marketing campaign targeting Cape Coral residents and surrounding areas. Our outreach includes: Radio, Press Release, Eblasts, Social Media, Website, Hurricane Guide Distribution.
- Expecting several hundred to attend, Hurricane Guides will be distributed to all attendees
